Looking for Yoga classes in Fort Lauderdale? Then look no further! At back to health we provide group and person to person Yoga classes for all ages.
At Back To Health we are committed to our patients and the community to help keep your mind, body and soul healthy. Therefore we are always offering new yoga classes to meet your needs. The common goal with all of our services is to teach proper body techniques, execution and breathing techniques with all exercise.
Although many of our yoga classes are group based, we try and focus on individual needs and abilities so you can make the most progress without injury.
The exercise based portion of our services has come to light after many patients did well with physical therapy only to reinjure themselves when attempting unsupervised exercise.
Back To Health offers many opportunities to stay strong, healthy and pain free.

Secondly we have the Happy Back Yoga Class. This class is designed for beginners who want to ease into Yoga and are worried about injuring themselves and people suffering with back pain.
Yoga Physical Therapy
Happy Back Yoga class is a 6 week series of yoga classes designed for those of you with back problems.
The educational component will teach you to understand the body and spine. Learn how to modify a pose, avoid certain poses that could possibly cause harm, and be able to decipher for yourself what may be beneficial or detrimental for your own body.
Class size is limited in order to provide individual attention to each and every detail. Although most participants have had some type of orthopedic issue, this class is very helpful for the beginner that does not want to injure themselves when just beginning yoga.
Our amazing therapist Bill is the instructor. You will love the way he guides you through the process. He is a licensed PTA, massage therapist and yoga instructor. His holistic way of looking at the body and interactions will amaze you.
Classes are 6 consecutive weeks. They are held on Saturday at 11am-12pm.
The next 6 week series starts on October 16th and goes through November 20th.
Total cost is $160. Reservations are required. A $80 deposit will hold your spot. Please call the office and reserve your mat (or chair or table).
