We’ve brought Clear Choice Physical Therapy and Back to Health together under one name: Back to Health. This change reflects a thoughtful unification of two practices that worked side-by-side long enough to ensure the decision was made carefully and with intention.
If you’re familiar with Clear Choice, you’ll start seeing the Back to Health name moving forward. If you’ve always known Back to Health, this update won’t change your experience. Either way, our commitment remains unchanged—personal, one-on-one care delivered by the same trusted team.
Why we’re unifying under one name
This wasn’t a quick decision. We intentionally operated side-by-side for more than two years to be thoughtful and make sure the transition protected what matters most: the patient experience and the care we’re known for.
We’re unifying under Back to Health because it carries strong local recognition and helps patients (and physicians) find us more easily—without changing how we treat.

- Back to Health (est. 2004) — founded by Darlene Wooldridge, built on attentive, whole-person orthopedic care and long-standing community trust.
- Clear Choice (est. 2014) — founded by Erik Bleeker, with a simple promise: unhurried, one-on-one care every visit.
Over the last two years, our teams have worked in close alignment and confirmed what we hoped from the start: our cultures, methods, and standards overlap deeply. This change simply makes the name match the reality.
