Session I: Yoga education: diaphragmatic breath, gentle Lumbar Spine, mobility and stretching, hamstring stretching, pelvic awareness.
Session II: Review of yoba breath and precautions, Lumbar mobility, plus specific hip openers, getnle twists.
Session III: Continuation, fine tuning.
Session IV: Continue Lumbar work, emphasis on deepening and progression of stretches using breath. Intro to abdominus strengthening.
Session V: Continuation, plus hamstring flexibility, hip flexor stretcing.
Session VI: Continuation plus hamstring flexibility, hip flexor stretching. Session VI: Continuation plus review of all postures. Graduation!
